THE REPAIR PROCESS

How a repair works

  1. 01

    Send a request

Describe the issue and attach photos using the form below. Include your order number if we made the piece.

  2. 02

    Assessment & estimate

We confirm whether the repair is possible, the estimated cost and timing — before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Drop off or ship

Bring the piece to us or follow our insured shipping instructions. Do not post jewelry until we confirm.

  4. 04

    Repair & return

Your piece is repaired, cleaned and quality-checked, then returned or ready for collection.

What our warranty covers

Every XYZ piece is covered against manufacturing defects. Keep your order confirmation — it is your proof of purchase for warranty requests.

  • Stones that loosen or fall out due to a setting defect
  • Broken clasps or links from normal wear caused by a defect
  • Free inspection and cleaning

Not covered

  • Accidental damage, knocks or crushing

  • Pieces altered or repaired by another jeweler
EVERYDAY CARE

Keep it shining

Last on, first off

Put jewelry on after lotions, perfume and hairspray. Take it off before swimming, cleaning or the gym.

Store separately

Keep pieces in soft pouches or lined compartments so diamonds do not scratch other jewelry.

Clean gently

Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Avoid bleach, chlorine and abrasive cleaners.

Check once a year

An annual prong and clasp check catches small issues before a stone is lost.
