Every XYZ piece is covered against manufacturing defects. Keep your order confirmation — it is your proof of purchase for warranty requests.

- Manufacturing defects in metal or setting
- Stones that loosen or fall out due to a setting defect
- Broken clasps or links caused by a manufacturing defect
- Free inspection and cleaning of pieces bought from us
Not covered
- Loss or theft
- Accidental damage, knocks or crushing
- Normal wear such as scratches or rhodium plating wear
- Pieces altered, resized or repaired by another jeweler

Covered defects are repaired or the piece is replaced. If it is not covered, you get an estimate first.
RING RESIZING
Can my ring be resized?
Resizing depends on the ring's design and how its stones are set. Gold and platinum bands are usually straightforward; stones set all the way around limit how far a ring can move.

How do I find my correct size before resizing?
Use our size & length guide, or book a consultation and we will size your finger professionally. Fingers change through the day, so measure more than once.
Does resizing affect my warranty?
Resizing done by XYZ Jewelrs keeps your warranty in place. Resizing or repairs by another jeweler may void it.
Do I need my receipt for a warranty claim?
Your order number or order confirmation is enough for pieces bought from us online. It helps us match the piece to your purchase quickly.
How long does resizing take?
It depends on the ring and the size change. We confirm the timing with your estimate, before any work starts.
Can I exchange for a different size instead?
For unworn rings within the return window, an exchange may be possible. See our returns & refunds policy for details.
